Was Harvey Weinstein alpha? (srs)

Scenario:

You’re a worthless sloot with nothing to offer to society. You move to LA and between waiting on tables and getting creampied every other night - you finally have the opportunity to become famous/rich but you have to bang a disgusting bridge troll mutant. You decide to do it because you’ve never had dignity anyway. X years later, you decide that he should be punished for your decision.

I wonder if male celebrities like "Bradley Cooper" who were in Harvey's films knew of his behavior and what was going on behind the scenes. Obviously females who knew either reported him or did it to get a role and shut up about it, but I wonder how naive these male actors really were. Like Cooper starring in a film with Jennifer Hudson, did he actually believe she got the role for her acting abilities?

In my honest opinion he is not alpha - at this point in time somebody I would consider 'alpha' is Rajneesh aka OSHO..
