Are you an introvert or an extrovert?

Construction management, if that's what you're referring to is going to require that you can deal with retarded people on a regular basis, but IT you can still be an incel weirdo.

If you're an incel weirdo and find the construction industry interesting then I would choose to pursue a civil engineering degree over a Construction Mgmt degree.

That position is usually referred to as a laborer, and will consist mostly of carrying sheets of plywood around and making trips to the dumpster if you're working for a general contractor.

I would find a trim carpenter and get hired on as an apprentice with him.
