Y'all Mirin My 4th Set? (VID)

So after doing 500 pieces of furniture 9hrs we slammed a Lit and hit the gym. I was tired and not focused but for 53 and natty not too bad I guess. 295lbs

Good job op but this is also why I gave up on bench for body building purposes. Its entirely possible to build a big bench without much aesthetic development.

It's definitely more stable. Feels like scapula are just rock solid.
It was a local powerlifting gym they had some badass equipment.
