DMT has to be the strangest drug of all time
Scared to take this stuff again, and it must have been almost 5 years since I last took it
Breaking through on this drug is amazing, but simultaneously terrifying
In 5 minutes, almost an entire lifetime passes, time has no meaning in the space your catapulted into
it's weird weird chit

What if the 'trip' just takes you back to reality and when the trip is over you're back to hallucinating.
Like Steven Hawking once said, 'How does I know I'm an man dreaming I'm butterfly or an butterfly dreaming of men'.
Food for thought/let that sink in etc

i thought it was cool.
i thought i'd bug out, but you don't really have that capacity. you're just kinda a passenger for this really crazy trip and then in 5-10 minutes, you're back to normal.

there's the tripping hard stage where you're seeing all these patterns and chit which begins basically as you exhale and then you start to come down slowly after a couple of minutes into the "i understand the universe now" phase which passes gradually and then you slowly get back to "normal" over the course of another 2-5 mins.
i thought it was kinda perfect.

-inhale(hold it until you physically cant anymore. your body will do this for you, don't worry)
-exhale(begin to trip HARD immediately)
-see all kinds of weird geometric shapes and patterns and chit for a couple of minutes
-couple of minutes of euphoria and a feeling of understanding the universe and a feel of connection to it
-trip ends

Did it once yrs ago. Chit was wild.
but it didnt really show me anything I didn't already know on some level
but if you're an athiest that believes there's nothing after death then it'll hit you like a freight train
probably wont do it again cause I believe being in tune with this reality is the best way to go about life

Only done ayahuasca which I guess most would consider a drug too. Wonder how similar it would be to taking pure DMT but I'm too old and responsible now to do any of those really serious drugs. I'll stick to the basic chit.

Would never try it. Within seconds I’d become aware of breathing and then would try to breathe normal while thinking “how the fukk am I gonnna keep doing this endlessly to stay alive?” and freak the fukk out and bash my head against a wall because I couldnt take it.

Never take this chit. Rogan always talks about it and pushes it, yet has never taken it himself.
Tons of people get fukking wrecked from taking that chit. If my coworker who has tried everything under the sun, and basically lives his life by smoking and taking hallucinogens in absurd doses, says he will never touch that stuff, then no one should.
Can't believe people just toss this chit in their system with zero thought behind it.

It's definitely an interesting experience, but the annoying part is that it wears off so damn fast and then (at least for me) the memory of what happened is very fleeting. If you break though it's like BOOM you're there, and then next thing you know it's over.
It's been like 7-8 years since I've last done it. I kind of would like to experiment with it again some.
