I earn 5x what both of my parents earned in a given year by myself.

I own multiple properties, and a business.

I'm married to an attractive and well educated woman.

No. Career, financial and relationship constraints mean everything is a compromise and at 15 I would never have understood this. Our hopes should always outrun reality. I would have been proud that at 38 I have no kids. From age 8 I adamantly told my parents I never wanted kids, they said I'd reconsider but I was on the money then. I do not want kids and never will, the older I get the more I realise life is hard and should be kept as simple as possible.

when i was 15 i was around people that had planes in their yard, or an aston martin vanquish, porsche, or ferrari's were their first cars.

first of all, i dont think money = success. or rather success is defined by money

i guarantee you lots of those guys i grew up with did jack chit then just fell back to their parents company or something

i was also athletic. still am, but athletics were my life, whereas now they are not
