If you wait until you're motivated, it's already over.

Imagine.

If you wait until you're motivated, it's already over.

Surgeons don't always feel like doing surgery.
Teachers don't always feel like teaching.
Parents don't always feel like cooking.
Firemen don't always feel like rushing into a burning building.

If you let motivation dictate your actions, inertia conspires to keep you in place.

Action creates progress. Progress creates momentum. Momentum creates motivation.

Now go lift and get those gains brahs.

Very true. Motivation often comesafteryou've jumpstarted on whatever task/goal you've set out to do.

The longer you're consistent, the higher the motivation.

However, ADHD and some Autistic people might struggle with this. ADHD's due to a natural dopamine deficiency, and ASD's due to PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance). SRS

This is actually an interesting comment. Thanks for the insight.

Just looked this up. Have never heard of this term, very interesting. The quick definition sort of gels with what I'm experiencing right now, the explanations don't tho. Example-sensory overload seems to be covered by SPD and have different motivations driving reaction. I'm just a layman here tho...
