I donated blood, feel weak, what to eat ???

To make me get my strength back

Misc decides and I will post pics

Edit: I had a protein drink and a cup of coffee as soon as I got out the clinic

3 hours later I'm having a pint

stopped donating blood years ago when red cross person told me they sell it to local hospitals for like 400 a pint.

one time I donated plasma and manager came over to thank me for me time, effusively grateful....cuz they sell that for like 800 a pint.
