What a 26lbs difference can look like (brootal) (insertions = everything)

These are twins, both 5'10.
Left one is 70kg (154lbs), right one is 82kg (180lbs).





Actually insane how the left dude looks heavier.
Good insertions can really make you look huge even on low bodyweight.

No insertions are the reason dude on the left looks much bigger than other people i know who are comparable to his height/weight.

Most lifters i know who are 5'10 / 154lbs look DYEL next to him srs.



**** im 5'7 / 205lbs (20%bf) and even though i prolly have bigger muscles than him this dude will smoke me in some poses.
