I think it's great energy and a respectful gesture showing she respects the efforts and the clientele of her husband. Good for the team spirit. Some female encouragement right before a game goes a long way. It being the coaches wife showing love shows also the trust the coach has towards the atlethes. I love to see it, she's such a great sport.
