When my woman's dog went thru "allergies" and random crap we went on a mission to find a good food. Never found one. Ended up making her food. Basically turkey, rice, sweet potato kale+vitamins. If I get another dog I'm starting from scratch again, never feeding processed crap again.

TLDR
If you don’t feed your dogs and cats raw meat you’re a freakin moron and should be ashamed of your moronaty.
BRB a baby wolf or small tiger, hmmm… let me feed them something other than what they ate for eons.
You don’t know better than nature.

Bowel movement quality is far from the only factor in digestion issues. Many veggies are toxic to dogs and others should be consumed in small portions. None are necessary, what a huge waste of time.

We've been through so many types of foods, mostly raw, but it seems no matter what his ears always smell and are constantly itching him. It's getting really frustrating.

Real food is better than dog kibble.
Dogs only need meat like they eat in the wild.

My pups have been eating raw for 10 years now and I always get comments about their coats and muscularity. They eat all human grade chicken quarters, beef, beef kidney, chicken livers, spinach, and blueberries as the base but will add probiotics, joint support, eggs, etc. It’s all run through a huge Weston #42 meat grinder so it’s the consistency of ground meat. My 1 year old Boxer is super lean and thin in the mid section and has huge ripped legs. It’s like a human eating a perfect natural diet vs someone living on McDonalds. Kibble is processed junk.

Dogs went from gassy, bloated, couldn't even eat a pig ear without vomiting, to rock solid iron guts. Can devour anything now.

Gjdm always happy to see pet owners feed their pets real food instead of trash cancer infested kibbles.
My friend’s cat had the same symptoms as your dog did so I told her to stop giving the cat kibbles or canned food and she didn’t listen to me. Needless to say, her cat quickly died and the diagnosis was stomach cancer.
I give my dog everything organic and grass fed. Same as you but I add apple cider vinegar and coconut oil because she gets seizures rarely. Brush her teeth every night. She’s 15 years old and still very healthy except for 2 missing teeth and greying hair but she can walk or run for miles no problem. If she has any health issues, I put her on a fast for a couple days to help reduce the inflammation and only feed her once a day.

Have him Apple cider vinegar may help with the stink and itching, of course fasting and avoiding sugar and carbs also help.
