Probably work ok for Flex, though might damage his flooring if he's not on a concrete slab. I use a Marrs Bar and dropping backwards would be a no go.

Good lift. I've been thinking about getting the monolift add on for my rack. Do you think its worth it, or is it more cumbersome than just using standard J hooks?
