Anyone use / recommend kettlebells?
I recently got a 20kg one. Ive used it a few times for clean & press, OHP, floor press, curls, etc.
Not sure whether to go down the whole 'high volume kettlebell work out stuff' route, or buy a heavier one, or cut my losses.
It's sat in the corner of my room as we speak, judging me..

Fun way to train if you're looking for something new.

Kettlebells are incredible, if I had the money to burn I'd get myself a full set from 15 lbs to 150 lbs
The amound of different ezercises you can do with them is nearly never ending
You could build a solid physique with only kettlebells
So yes, I recommend them

Do HIIT with it. I like this workout, 3-4 rounds of it with a couple minutes of rest in between. To make it more challenging I usually do 1-2 rounds with a weight vest on.

One that will fuk you up if you do all 3 rounds. Definitely take a few minutes rest in between rounds.

I'm OK cleaning / pressing it from the floor multiple times when i can set myself. It's the whole ballistic element for 100's of reps that gives me the fear..
