We are slowly getting close to that time of the month for rentcels when the walls start closing in. Please have grace and mercy to these poor souls.....they are going through a very stressful and scary time. Landchads, it's something we will never understand. But the fear for them is real.

Does your cellular provider provide an "it's the holidays" clause? Nope? Exactly. Services must be paid for.

My tenants have always paid on time or early. For the degenerates I am sure spending money on Doordash and OnlyFans while LARPing on forums is the best use of their time and money.

It is 8:10AM here and I am sipping on my second cup of coffee. I have received two notifications that two of my rentcels has sent their rent payments in (one left a nice note "Thanks for a great year tripod29. Happy New Year"; he's a good rentcel.) I was told yesterday that one of my other rentcels will be dropping off rent payment once they get off work today.


My rentcels understand that they MUST pay on time, or ELSE. So they don't even wait until the 1st to make sure they have a roof over their heads at the begining of the month. Srs, vry srs.
