80% seems poverty until you compare it to stock gains or real estate gains since August.

Gains are gains and the underlying asset really doesn’t matter. All that matters is that you take profits from time to time.

This is a fresh account started on 11/15.

I'd say plenty of money to be made in crypto.

I'm not sure if our logic for why not to trust products that advertise converge.

I avoid anything that advertises because that's a expense that the company is dedicating to the detriment of RnD. For example, FTX went big with huge marketing campaign. Buying ad spaces and naming rights. I don't trust a company that relies on marketing campaigns as means to grow.

We are living in the information age. Like I said in OP, if you have good research skills, cryptocurrencies should net you solid gains. DYOR. I'm all about that. I do my own research, not see an ad for a huge corporate company and decide that should be my gateway into the space.

I recently purchased a new pair of headphones. It was a small brand. You don't see a ton of advertising for it like Beats or what have you. I did my own research and found a great pair of headphones at a fraction of the larger brand costs. And the reason the larger brands are so expensive if because they pay so much in marketing. **** that.

I already said stocks that pay dividend for the most part. You know, an actual tangible asset that pays you money over time.

Crypro is for the kinda retards who buy into something because some other retard sold them on it on the internet. It's for wannabe day trader types who don't even have the smarts to do that.

Can't tell which side you're on with that comment, but yes that happens to the people who only buy in after something has made a huge run up because they see it as credibility... meanwhile when nobody is talking about it and they're too scared to buy, that's the actual correct time to buy.

The market (all of them) exist for people to take money from lesser intelligent individuals. Why do you think they were made in the first place? So we can all make 10% gains every year and ride off into the sunset together?

People are preyed on. You as an individual just need to be on the right side of it.

An asset is only worth what people are willing to pay for it, otherwise value is purely theoretical.

Everything is a scam. The entire western economy is a pyramid scheme.

You know how I know cryptocurrencies are the answer to uplift the intelligent yet don't want to participate in modern day mental enslavement? Bamas like the head of financial companies, Jamie Dimon (what an evil name), criticize it.

Can you lose money in cryptos? Yes. But that's if you are mouth breather. If you any semblance of intelligence, self-control and research skills, you should make moderate to incredible gains.

It's not exactly get rich quick because you have to have sizeable capital to begin with, and that's tough for most people, including me.

It's obvious you can't be convinced there's value in crypto, and I don't mean inherent value in the tech... I couldn't give af about that. I'm talking about the ability to multiply your money with basically no work so long as you're willing to take risks when everyone else is too scared to do so.

It's really not that difficult to position yourself on the correct side of the money funneling so long as you forget EVERYTHING you've ever been taught about investing and when to do it. I guess that in itself is difficult to do though.

It's an area of interest for me, and I like to talk about it.

Seems like there's some part of you that may be upset that there are indeed a large amount of people who know how to trade and made more money than you will in a lifetime in a 1-year crypto bull cycle. I believe you have more posts than me in this thread?

Has nothing to do with convincing some randos on a forum to buy 1/10th of a btc to pump the market LOL

Well no, there's no shortage of sales pitches for crypto in this thread. People are desperately trying to convince others to buy into it, and desperately seeking validation for the money they have in it. That's what cope looks like.

Jesus christ, I've OPENLY talked about my ACCOUNT VALUE dropping by *7 figures* my account value went down 1million dollars in the last 18 months.

I have only realized maybe 200k or so in "losses"

My overall investment? I am still up *million(s)*.

I've OPENLY talked about my losses. I've talked about making $143k in 48 hours(and shown the trades...) then talked about losing $180k the next day...

How are you so ****ing retarded sam? Like you're a moron. You don't understand unrealized/realized gains/losses or what "Account value" means. Like you shouldn't enter into these threads, you're too old and retarded to get it.
