Been watching the Jesus TV Show "The Chosen" and its pretty good (on amazon prime)

I heard about this for awhile, but thought that a modern day tv series about Jesus new testament story would just be some ultra woke / lib fantasy remake (Like Peter would be a gay tranny etc).

But this is surprisingly good boyos. Acting is great. Not infected by globohomo hollywood whatsoever. Touching scenes srs.

seems like it has actual character development and isn't a 2 hr snuff film like The Passion.

They had a bunch of billboards up around my area for it awhile back, but it was really weird because half of them were "vandalized" by the devil or something. Srs.







I've never watched the show, but apparently the writers went out of their way awhile back to make sure everyone knows they're totally not mormons (so I'm pretty sure they're mormons)
And relief washes over me in an awesome wave

its weird how a book thats one of THE most widely read books EVER has never really created that many movies and tv shows.

The Chosen had to be crowd funded because no production company would invest in it. and its super succesful with high ratings......
