Social Media is Censored. How do you start a movement?

When the internet is no longer an option, how would you go about starting a movement / raising awareness about a censored issue with the goal of spreading your message to as many people as possible?

I was thinking posters with QR codes that give some sort of incentive for spreading the poster and getting as many QR scans as possible.

Just fantasizing about the revolution.

You have to own everything. The website, hosting (the actual physical servers), payment processor, and locate it somewhere untouchable by the US government.

Then you spread it grassroots style, like you're thinking.

Funny how web 2.0 turned the internet into a dystopian mess.

Impossible for anyone but a major conglomerate with billions to create an effective DDOS protection. Internet is litteraly not an option anymore

Stickers are a good idea but ideally youd want any materials to be untraceable.

At scale major DDOS attacks are extremely difficult to defend against. That's why major websites still fall victim to then. You cant really differentiate legitimate traffic from malicious traffic so you basically need to just have the massive infrastructure to take the hit from a DDOS attack and remain up.

This is why if you are refused service from Oracle and Cloudflare you basically cant run a website. You'll just be down all the time.
