So don't shop there then. I only buy specific items there. It's not for general shopping unless you make 300k a year

I've been trying to just get specific items there but even then I walk out with a $200 bill. The Whole Foods produce is so good that I won't eat much produce when I go to Safeway.

It's not even good. But yea Safeway is horrible. I'd try some other local market for produce. Whole Foods is kind of mid tier for produce. Safeway is notoriously god awful. I get my meat from Costco. Consumer Reports had better ratings for Costco meats, and prices are much cheaper. I'd never buy meat from WF. IDGAF about animal welfare. I'm eating the god damn animal. I just want it to be free from parasites and chit, which Costco chicken had pretty good ratings relative to the national average.

Yeah those are best, but sometimes even more expensive than WF. I usually buy my stuff just from a local grocery chain.

Yea they are one of the only places that carries McConnell's and Jeni's Ice cream.

Harris Teeter/Publix/Fresh Market carry Jeni’s as well but WF usually has harder to find flavors. That said, Jeni’s opened a store 30 min from me so that’s prob smarter for me to go to lol
