Anyone make their own smoothies?

I want to start making my own vegetable smoothies again. Can anyone recommend a good device to use for smoothie? Haven't used any of the sort in years and i know there's a huge market for blender type devices. I don't need anything too fancy or big or expensive anyway. I'll probably end up making a daily or two day batch instead of large quantities. I'd even be up for hearing your own recipes if you have them. Thanks.

if you're serious about it, buy one from costco, they're regularly on sale there, should be $200-300 or so. if you don't like it, you can just return it

Adding plain Greek yogurt into a smoothie makes it better imo.

I have a vitamix too but I still run that bitch through some cheesecloth or a bag like these I got a 3 pack at target for like $6
https://www.amazon.com/Bellamei-Reus...NsaWNrPXRydWU=

Beets
Ginger
Carrots
Celery

Etc

I’ve learned that if I drink all those veggies with the pulp I’ll feel full and bloated as fuark

With this i squeeze the everloving **** outta it till the pulp left is dry as balls

Really makes a difference in how full and nasty I feel

It’s like a ghetto ass juicer

Clean up isn’t that bad just run that bitch under hot water and use the same bowl u strained it into as a dunking bowl to make sure u got everything out
Then hang it outside or something to fry

I don’t do this daily
Maybe 3 times a week

Frozen berries, Peanut Butter, Almond Milk, Olive Oil (helps clean the blender easier after using it), Protein Powder

get something with a fast motor/high watts. slower blenders don't blend seeds of things like strawberries or raspberries, which can be annoying.

I used a ninja every day for a year. Absolute poverty, drinking seeds and pulp and unblended nonsense.

I bought the biggest baddest Vitamix andvacuum blending kit (this is key)and can't believe I didn't just buy the vitamix first. No comparison at all.

The secret for smoothies is the crushing power of a 6-blade, 72 oz. 1000 watt Ninja blender (has to be the full size blender to get all the spinach to fit). This is my current recipe (amazing flavor and texture!):

4 oz. Apple juice
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Small carrot, peeled
Small banana
1/2 Avocado
Small chub cooked purple sweet potato
4 oz. Plain Greek Yogurt
Large handful spinach
1 teaspoon mushroom powder blend (Reishi, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane, Chaga)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon flax seed (freshly ground)
4 Tablespoons Collagen Peptides Powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
Dash fresh black pepper

Don't overblend (it will become purple foam...)

This bought a nice blender but can’t be bothered to have to clean it on any regular basis. Would rather just go buy from a smoothie shop lol

Once cut my thumb pretty bad on a blender blade
