Girl said "Hey Stranger" when seeing me at the grocery store yesterday..

Does this mean she wants the "D?" She could have avoided me or just said "hey." I was caught off guard and just gave a passing "Hi" like the beta ****g0t I am.

She worked front desk at the company of my old job. Switched jobs 4 months ago. I feel like the word "stranger" is more endearing, like she didn't like how she hasn't seen me in awhile.
