I'm so scared to go through a divorce because I may end up with severe anxiety, on disability and unable to work. Hence why I've been hesitant to do it, but I realize that I should just go that route if I'm too stressed out to properly do my job.

I was afraid of some of the same things,however my fear is/was more based in reality. You have a career and a good paying job and financial assets. There isn't any real reason for you to be so scared.
