Rate Wed night dinner/10

Won't be ready till around 5. Making a slow cooker bacon and cheeseburger soup. Will make some fried bread dough to serve on the side.

Happy Wed everyone!

Fried bread dough would make it - need to sop up that soup.

A friend of mine makes 'pizza soup' as well, and dipping some nice crusty bread in that is so good. Perfect for a leg day meal

Pizza soup sounds interesting.

This is made with ground beef, bacon, potatoes, diced carrots, shredded cheddar, cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, butter, basil, parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper. Found a recipe, look at the outline and add your own spin. I never follow exact recipes.

I'm off time to make my fried bread dough.

Dessert is brownie sundaes...

I ought to try that recipe out, with maybe some omissions from that list depending on what I can find in the local food stores.

Had Ryan fox the chef at nomad make a cheeseburger Mac n cheese for staff meal at castagna that was legit as fuk before. The chopped pickles and grilled onions were what brought it together.

Wouldn’t be to far a stretch to thin it out and remove mac (or leave some in) and boom soup.

Looks good Kimm. 8/10.

I was pondering a sausage corn potato chowder I saw posted last week somewhere, but I just had cowboy stew the last two days.

Looks really good. I’m the only one in my family that likes heavy/creamy soups. Bisques, potato soups, and whatnot. I’d give it an 8.5 based on pics and description.
