All I can tell you is that both are reported as confirmed:

- explosion in the sky over Billings confirmed by the Governor of MT




The MT explosion may be unrelated to the Chinese spy balloon. Just don't know.

I think that one reporter that speculated this is China's response to the new US military bases in the Philippines is on to something.
