Grab plate and do bent lateral raises but do it going towards your hip not out to the side kind if like a skiier. Weighted pull ups off a tree or something

With the bare minimum of equipment that you have, something like ^above^ is your best bet.

Next best bet would be a mildly modified (and very very light) bent over BB row that focuses more on theveryupper back/trap area with a lot of concentration on rear delt contraction.

Kind of like this:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rTbb70P8_BI&t=8s

Not optimal compared to other rear delt focused movements, but if you have a minimum of equipment then sometimes you have to settle for suboptimal.

You can do a bent over rear-delt row with the barbell and grab some lighter plates and do a bent over rear-delt fly.

I'd say the two main things you need to understand is to target the rear delts. You need lighter weight then you think. IE for the rear delt flies a couple of 10lb plates will be more then adequate. Just focus on trying to isolate them.

Yes if you are reasonably strong you could probably rd-fly 30 or even 35lbs in each hand. But your upper back/traps will take over the movement and you'll get less activation in the rear delts.

So it requires less weight then you think. They are a small muscle and easily get over-powered by other larger/stronger muscles.

Heavy weighted pull/chin-ups

could build a decent pair of rear delts.

Wider grip rows, pull to the upper stomach/lower chest area. If you pull to your guts you hit the lats more.
If you do pull ups do wide grip.
Dumbell reardelt flies.

Not really much else you can do but thats all u need srs

Have your mates take a baseball bat and smash your rear delts. When they swole up take pics and prosper.

Holocaust denial is illegal in over 18 countries. if an organized killing of jews happened so definitely, why would people need to serve prison sentences for questioning it?

Currently, Facelift is the most popular trend here in misc.

Miscers who neither lift weights nor face should be banned.
