BRUTAL Black Pill Reality Check: Medicated Americans Edition

Quite a few of you know of Louis Theroux.

If you don't, you should. His gonzo-style 'documentaries' cover a wide variety of important issues. One was called "America's Medicated Kids"

^ A preview.

But any American should know about the history of opiates in this country. If not: watch Dopesick, and rid yourself of the cope.

When folks come into NYC from NJ one of the first things they'll see are homeless junkies laying on the street. There's a methadone clinic around there - it's the ultimate "welcome to NYC" that folks can see - similar to trying to take photos at Grand Central and having to step over some junkie laying in his own urine and/or fecal matter.

The Black Pill reality check is this: we should be doing better. It blows my f'n mind that a parent (who claims to love their child) could medicate a 6 year old with anti-depressants. Asix year old. Just imagine the chemistry in that kid, growing up and....hey, what was I saying about junkies?

SMFH.

Ban dysfunctional family structures like second marriages, etc., and most of these problems would at least drop to tolerable severity.

Banning second marriages would help. But what makes you believe that "tolerable severity" would be achieved, when so many of the problems are dysfunctional from the get-go. Take a look at the rise in single parent households, absentee parenting, abdicating from personal responsibility, and the like?

We get rentcels either way - and it's better to have a flow of rentcels, fresh meat and the like. The longer term rentcel->rentard progression has clearly stunted the growth of many a Miscer.

Spoiler!
LOL if you're reading this and seething LOL

Most can thrive in healthy environments. It's the super irresponsible stuff that ruins things I think. Seems like a lot of the West is sort of just forgotten if they're not hosting a dance party in the most expensive part of a city at any given time.

It isn't 'the West' in its entirety, e.g., despite the opiate lobby in history, it was never legalized to the extent it was in the USA anywhere else. Certainly not in Europe. Doctors in NYC still hand out prescriptions for these "pain pills".

But the shake-up of values stems from undermining the nuclear family. "Gender reveals" are far more common in the USA than they are in Europe, and this obsession with "gender" again - far more common here, including the trans movement.

And that the trans movement, where trans affects much less than 1% of the overall population, is so prevalent, also tells the tale in terms of value erosion here in the USA.

Renting to those less fortunate is a valuable service, no? Imagine the world as it is, but with no LandLordsrenting their properties?

Exactly.

Drugs are a choice I don't really care. If there was a more dangerous drug floating around Hopefully it wipes out all the homeless

This is who you're dating in 2023.

That's not really how it works. Germany didn't allow (at first) or even prescribe (ever) anywhere near the opioids that plagued the USA.

And Germany have far fewer homeless folks too.
