What are y'all making for snacky snacks for the big guy's speech?

I've got organic NA beer for drinks and I'm for sure going to whip up my signature baked soy cakes topped with vegan cheese. Was thinking maybe a nice kumquat slaw for a side but could use some other ideas.

It's amazing the State of the Union speeches are still a thing. A circle jerk from whoever is President, then a circle jerk response from the opposing side afterward. If you're not employed in politics I can't imagine sitting there watching that stuff for hours. Watching sports in a bar next to obese people getting riled up over referee calls would be a better waste of time.
