Rent chads win again (Aussie edition)

Just lol at buying property in australia in this day and age.

My rent has gone up but so has my salary your costs are exploding just lol if you haven’t worked it out that cash rate is going to 5 percent.

Don’t have to pay the extra costs associated with the fact none of you clowns live near the city and your transport costs have exploded. I live in a sweet apartment in the city

How’s schooling going for junior? Ready to get ass raped by private schools for 30k cause your state school in your catchment zone is full of dangerous immigrants.

Just lol spending millions on a fat wife. I’ll move to asia when im ready to close out my life. Don’t need to worry bout some
Fat ex wife and “her money”

My mortgage has gone up but so has my salary.
Property near the beach and 30 mins from Melbourne.

You sound upset you can't save enough for the 10% deposit, which by age 38 is actually some achievement.

Also laughing at the fact you think living in an apartment in the city is a flex. What city? Whatever the answer is I'm not mirin that lifestyle in the slightest.

If you not within 10 mins of a city in Australia you live a low class chithole.

Who’s to say I don’t have property? I think think it’s a chit investment which it is.

Australias are so dumb I can’t handle it. They don’t realize that their real value of their property is down 30 to 40 percent because of inflation but they don’t want to raise rates. Absolute low iq population

So much cope. Higher interest rates will be a temporary situation, while your rent will continue to soar. Enjoy paying off your landlords mortgage you rentcel loser.

10 minutes in a capital city? I would take beaches over a concrete jungle everyday of the week. You sound salty you need to park underground, go up 15 floor on an elevator then walk ages down hallways to find your door to your little 1 studio apartment staring into the side of another building. Walking everywhere because the traffic is sh!t. Or do you tuck the bottom of your tracksuit pants into your socks and ride your bike around?
You said you don't have property when you told us that you rent in the city.

Literally sitting here laughing at your lifestyle. When you got off the plane from England did you even bother to venture out of the capital city you landed in?

Keep coping boyos.

You aussies are retarded. No mention that the re value of your home is decimated by inflation, which isn’t going down due to clown world.

1.5MM in 2023 is the same as 1.0MM in 2020 and I’m coping.

You can’t make money off any asset for which every person is trying to make money off, that’s a Ponzi scheme.
