To be legit he needs to send some form of identification proof a transcript-or other evidence - actually belongs to him and not some random dude he got tbt transcript from.


The easiest way may be forwarded email with proof of enrollment and verification of transcript frominternational@cdu.edu.aumarching his student id and usi number
