Holy crap Subnautica rules
Pretty sure I’m the last person on earth to play this game but this is simultaneously the most terrifying and chill experience I’ve had in a LONG time.
Playing in the dark with a good pair of headphones is absolutely incredible. The sound of the ocean surrounding you is so unsettling.
You bros like this game?

Amazing game, never finished it lmao but I loved every minute of it.
Probably one of the few games that got underwater right ... It really captured the feeling of diving and how smooth/weightless you are underwater. Especially when you head into the deep ocean, the visibility, blue everywhere and that disorienting feeling is done so well.

multiplayer?
multiplayer?
I don’t like survival games but this one absolutely clicks. Because you have all these sci fi tools the crafting/progression curve is not grindy at all. Like you’ll have built a scuba rig within the first 30 minutes.
When you’re swimming thru the depths in absolute darkness, hearing massive things moving around you? SHEESH.

And yeah, most games swimming kind of sucks. Describing a game as one big water level sounds like it’s going to blow lol. But it’s so fluid and smooth to move anywhere and everywhere.

Really hope the dev's work on a bigger sequel though, would love to see better graphics, more detail and density into the ocean environment and wider range of aquatic wildlife.
If they add in a multiplayer mode too hoooly fuk, I know I can convince my cousin to get it day one since we're both divers so taking our irl diving shenanigans into a game would be amazing.
