245lbs, need to lose weight.

I used to workout a lot when I was younger. I still have the muscle mass but there is still fat on me. I need a proper workout routine. Any suggestions?

You need a proper maintenance calorie diet.
Ease back into compound lifts. Learn the movements again. Don't go up fast in weight. Just fuking don't.
Once you feel you know what your maintenance cals are, and you feel you compound movement form is good enough, do a 5x5 program or any basic program that revolves around progressive overload for beginners.
Then drop your calories.

Was there a program you were doing before like Fierce 5? The proven programs haven’t changed much over the past couple decades. If one worked before for you just use that one.
