The people within a certain radius, 5 miles, 25 miles, 100 miles(especially downwind) probably lost anywhere from years to decades off of their lives from breathing that stuff in. Any corporation that does something like this needs to have all of its assets sold off immediately and the money split up among the victims that will all die horrible deaths from cancers and other diseases in the future because of the Criminal Negligence of the Corporation. There needs to be criminal investigations and those among the board of directors and upper management (whose cost cutting measures caused the accident) need to get one life sentence in prison per victim that inhaled the toxic life shortening chemicals.

Looks like no problem given the air looked like 500,000 ppm in the video

I read a little more. It burns (at room temperature?) and releases other gases of similar toxicity.

They did not detect any in the water or air. The soot fell to kill some animals who contacted it.
