Lots of crying about that holding call, but nothing for the catch and fumble that was overturned? LMAO. Some of you are hopeless.
Most of you are broke. And all of you (except the Chiefs fans) are idiots.
All it takes is Mookie Betts, Steph Curry, and Joe Burrow all sitting in the same car in order for one drunk driver to make the world a significantly better place.

damn it was a good game

that game altering penalty was ridiculous though..

Chiefs still could have won, but the eagles would have 2 minutes to try to tie or win by TD.

this just cheapen the super bowl and instead of talking about the chiefs winning a great game, tomorrow will be all about the call.

Yeah that no catch call sucked. Close enough JFC. I had no dog in the fight, but I want that to be called a catch for any team. Before replay that would have been ruled a catch and nobody would have questioned it.

Legal sports betting on the state level is going to ruin this sport.

Hard to believe that Mahomes limped off the field at halftime and then suddenly is a superstar for the second half. Theatrics not even once although of course he doesn't care what they do to his ankle in the Super Bowl.

And also not surprised at all to see controversial calls in the headlines after the AFC championship.

This has made it even sweeter. I understand it though, I had to watch Brady's entire career unfold as a Chiefs fan. Now they know what it's like. Enjoy the ride, we're just getting started.

It was not a catch. He didn't complete a football move after getting both feet down (he was just starting to turn with the ball - if he had completed that turn and taken another step, it would have been a catch). That was the right call.

well...

https://operations.nfl.com/the-rules...eting-a-catch/
a. secures control of the ball in his hands or arms prior to the ball touching the ground; and

b. touches the ground inbounds with both feet or with any part of his body other than his hands; and

c. after (a) and (b) have been fulfilled, performs any act common to the game (e.g., tuck the ball away, extend it forward, take an additional step, turn upfield-, or avoid or ward off an opponent), or he maintains control of the ball long enough to do so.
lets do a quick group exercise.

1. He secures the ball with both hands.
2. He had both feel inbounds.
3. He caught it and turned upfield.

If Devonta Smith’s wasn’t a catch then neither was that one.

NFL seriously needs to figure out what they want a catch to actually be.

People should stop crying about the refs making a correct call on the hold.

The DB even admitted himself he was holding and footage from one angle confirmed it. Case closed.

It's not about whether it was technically a foul, it's about the lack of consistency. If it happens often and they don't call it and the other team does it then you are handicapping yourself by not doing it and if they call it on big plays like that (even when it's less egregious than when they often don't call it) then it's a problem. They need to make the officiating way more consistent. These playoffs definitely highlighted that.

You have Brady on such a high pedestal that you refuse to admit what is really obvious.

None of this takes away from Brady's greatness, but you're already moving the goalposts for goat status by saying Mahomes hasn't won 3 in a row so he can't be goat (said in another thread).

They know he'll never catch Brady but they want him to win enough to make GOAT status a "conversation". NFL wants Mahomes to be the face of the league for the next 10+ years so I'm not surprised they held his hand so much this postseason knowing Brady was on his way out.

They have already said they are setting up Burrow/Allen/Mahomes as the next Brady/Manning type rivalry.

I thought the Bengals game was even a lot more suspect just due to them not wanting Burrow to keep dominating their golden boy.

I never said that. I said the chefs aren’t a Dynasty. They’re the closest thing currently. But dynasty was always 3 rings.

Allen is a bum and high estrogen cry baby, he isn't in "that" rivalry conversation.
