fap or cheat/lower standards?

I'm in a predicament .

For some reason my libido is higher, I guess because I'm healthier. I look better too so i get a good amount of offers from chicks but I'm not single at the moment but we rarely smash because we have done it like 500 times and it gets boring after a while. So i resort to XNXX and fap the night away just to get that demon out of me. Fapping has a bad side effect as in not letting me hold eye contact like i usually so and not having the confidence i usually to as well.
