anybody ever pull a muscle in their stomach when theyre putting their socks on?
i swear i cant remember this ever happening to me.. but in the last two months since i started going back to the gym. ill be in the locker room after my shower, be gettin dressed, sittin there on the bench puttin my socks, go to put my right sock on (im right handed) and just get the most excruciating pain in my abs!! i swear it's like 50% as bad as getting kicked in the junk. hurts like fukkin hell man. pretty sure it's happened three times.
is there any way i can get pain to stop? am i just that out of shape? i aint fat or nothin. should i be doin more ab exercises and it will stop happpening? i cant help thinkin it's cause i NEVER use my abs.. been years since i went to the gym

You always use your abs. It should go away. Make sure you consume enough electrolytes. Sounds like an ab cramp. Take a day off, eat well, drink enough fluids and rest.
