Best breed of indoor dog

-Doesn’t need other dog companions.

-Preferably doesn’t shed, or at least is short haired

-Medium sized breed…not too small or too big

-Can tolerate warm, humid climate

I thought about a breed similar to Basenji. Thoughts?
