That would be ideal scenario. I don't see how the fans support Cody and/or let him have his moment if Sami doesn't get his too. With Haitch in charge of creative (at least for now), I'd have to assume he's not so obliviously stubborn like Vince. Otherwise you have another Daniel Bryan situation on your hands.

Mixed tag was way more fun than it had any right being. Rhea calling for the "test of strength" made the old school WWF fan in me so happy.

Good show so far. Asuka winning chamber was great. Crowd is hot. Even brought back the "Asuka's gonna kill you" chant.

Brock found out the winner had to work with Bray and he noped out and got himself DQed! lol

dang I didn't nkow I missed those, guess I couldn't get the stream early enough I only tuned in when it was Rhea's match

do they replay those anywhere or should I just watch the highlights on monday?

Montez is fine. You saw him give the ref a little scratch to signal he was ok. They played up the Montez injury, so the door could be left open for Logan to enter the chamber.


The show was overall great, but the ending of Sami vs Roman was very unsatisfying. I knew Roman would win, but they way in which it happened, and the interference angles were all poorly executed. The story doesn't feel finished, nor does it feel like anything was added to lead into whatever the next step is. We'll have to see what they do over the next month. Probably the first time I felt let down in a Bloodline story match.

(If Jey turns on Sami due to an accidental spear, that will be the weakest build possible. That is Game of Thrones Season 8 weak if that happens. That will completely ruin a years worth of great story telling. )

Ah that makes sense in retrospect, though makes you wonder how Logan was meant to interfere if it had been easier getting people in and out.

I tell you, it's going to be like Sami+KO vs Usos for the title, and Cody recruits Styles+OC to hold off Solo Sikoa, only for Sami and KO to rush in with the Usos and take out AJ+OC and help Roman win.
It will turn out that Roman offered to spare KO but told Sami to hit him so he had an excuse to stop, and KO will join the Bloodline once he realized about Roman's mercy.

Like the Rumble I have zero interest in this one-Reigns vs Sami going 33 odd minutes? Lesnar vs Lashley doing 4 minutes & a horrible finish? Johnny Sameface & five other low to mid-card guys doing an EC match? Looks more like an NXT chamber match.

They let Lashley win via DQ so Brock wont look that weak losing, plus Lashley vs Bray at WM. Bray vs Brock is too soon.

Main event was great. Roman actually made Sami look like a threat.

Lashley vs Bray seems like a disaster. Lashley is almost too dumb to form words. These promos are gonna suck, and neither guy can work in the ring.
