Without examples I'm not 100% clear on what you mean.

Are you saying people (dudes? chicks?) are making tiktoks where they stand far away from the camera (not the focus, at least to start) with their shirts pulled up showing nip at the beginning of a clip, and then just walk closer until a certain point and cover their nips? Or is there something "going on" in the forefront of the clip and there are randoms showing nip in the back as a gag?

most of them are walking behind a door, and only their boob and nipple show, then they walk around the door with their shirt down

some are just walking in the background where it's dimly lit with their shirt pulled above their tits

haven't seen nipples on tiktok before this morning
