Can they just keep doing this indefinitely? I'm guessing they can if they feel he is a flight risk who will flee the country once released.

Dunno how racially aware they are but you've also gotta think some of those in the Romanian justice system don't take kindly to black/Paki guys coming over and bragging about having their women.

I don't think any single country in the west could do this under any capacity. There is zero evidence and they have made zero charges. They're literally holding him captive as they spend months to find something to get him on because their overlords told them too. Corruption goes both ways in Romania, which Tate found out the hard way.

This is one of the crazier cases I've seen in a long time. It's funny even seeing youtube lawyers that despise Tate are saying this is fukked up. Now it's even worse because the chicks involved in the entire initial human trafficking probe were wiretapped and in clear shown to have bragged about making this all up and laughing about it. They won't even look at that evidence though hence they're still holding them WITH ZERO EVIDENCE OR ZERO CHARGES. That's literally insane.

Regardless of how you feel about the guy and his views you have to admit keeping someone behind bars this long without even being charged is a miscarriage of justice (by an EU member country no less).

If he is released will be interesting to see if he comes out swinging or if they have buck broken him. This whole thing demonstrates how wide his reach has been and how much influence he was having, and it only cements that the culture war is very real.

They can keep renewing his detention up to a maximum of 180 days for the same allegation.... once the 180s are up they either have to charge him or release him...BUTthe devil is in the details... They can just hit him with new allegations and detain him for another 180 days....

This is truly a mockery of justice....

Tate once fire this sloot from work. Sloot got mad and accused him of domestic violence or some BS. Zero evidence. All the other sloots testified bish was lying and was on tates side. It took him 2 years to fight off and win the case. Pretty crazy
