Who here has made their own BIG pullup bar outside?
Sick of not having the proper rig to do muscle ups so its time, I'm going to cement a tall pullup bar into the ground of my backyard.
Back yard:

I found this example link with a quick search:https://www.fitnesshq.com/making-a-diy-pull-up-bar/

I don't understand why he didn't mix the cement first...So I will most likely be mixing it before pouring.
Just seeing if anyone has done this, and what advice do you have when I get started?
Thx / reps

But totally worth it imo, I do not have any place stable enough to mess around like these calisthenics guys can and a NEED to do this ASAP

Where’s the backyard?
Should have used them too

Should have also drilled holes in the posts and slid the bar through instead of relying just on the flanges as well

Gavin Newsom made me donate most of my backyard to be used for housing the homeless
