How often do you change/clean your sheets

I change them about once per week, and rotate a few sets. Also have a mattress protector to keep the bedbugs out, as well as to prevent my nocturnal ejaculations from staining the mattress. nomsayin?

Every Saturday sheets, pillow cases, and mattress protector. I get very itchy from dust mites. Even with a relatively new mattress and allergenic mattress pad, if I go more than a week I start getting itchy in the sheets. This is the worst at hotels where the mattresses are filthy with dust mites. If a girl comes over I will put a duvet cover on so I don't need to wash sheets again.
**Eat lots and lots of birds. The smaller the bird, the more compact its protein content. Parrots are great sources for protein.**
