Jflol at those that disagree. I feel like I’m seeing this more and more often. Maybe because so many other ACTUAL perverse things in society are glorified, this doesn’t get the unwarranted attention it used to.

This. It's only true if you nutrition max and health max. And health is not just living a terrible life and hitting the weights for an hour everyday. What you eat is far more important

This is true that men who don't try to stay fit or have a balanced diet ruin their potential . But woman just crash and burn after 30 and they get easier to hook up with .
