Dumbbell Goblet Squats fixed my messed up knee

I’ve had problems with my right knee for at least five years, because of not going down far enough when doing barbell squats. I even had to get a cortisone injection into my right knee in 2020.

I’ve been doing goblet squats with a 50 pound dumbbell and it really fixed my knee up, I can walk better now without pain and the difference is like night and day.

Just thought I’d share this in case it can help others with similar knee problems.

It’s when you hold onto a dumbbell with both hands like it is a goblet and go down and come back up!
