For minimal blacks, you want to live in the desert states or some parts of New England.

This means
CA,NV,AZ,CO,UT,WY,ID
MA,NH,VT,ME

If you want not the the highest % of blacks, avoid the south and Texas.
So no LA,MS,AL,GA,FL,TX

Be aware that FL and TX are unique in the sense that they have high Hispanic and black populations.

Not ultra libs. What does this mean specifically for you? Some people say as long as they are democrat, but not crazy democrat, but this could mean anything.

Basically avoid
CA,NM,OR,WA,MA,NY,MI AND the entire New England area.

Good job option:
Pretty much any state except for:
WY,MT,ID,ND,SD, and most of New England (except MA)

*If you have a career that's in demand in the above states, then you ~should~ be able to find a job..which may pay **** or not depends on the job.

Garbo weather. Also depends what you mean.

I hate sunlight, so I would avoid the sunbelt. Prefer to move to a place that snows.

But assuming you are the typical White man, then I'm assuming the stereotype that you like hot blazing heat is correct.
So you would want to go to:
CA,AZ,NV,NM,TX,LA,AL,MS,GA,FL

Also if you want to avoid black people, the more suburban/rural your location is, the more likely you will live among whites and other races who want to have a family. Only crazy people live in the city.

Otherwise just move to Midwest and call it a day..much better than any liberal ****hole.

Wyoming would have been my answer, but the weather can be brutal on both ends of the temperature spectrum. Winters can be brutal, and being at over 5000ft above sea level on a hot sunny day will feel like the desert.

The answer is nowhere

New England would be the closest but the weather is not good 60% of the year, and they are lib but not west coast insane lefty libs, more like educated NIMBY neolibs

Liberals corrupted everywhere nice

Northern and Midwestern cities are cold and or lack opportunity

Every major city in America is pretty black

And the quiet southern towns and cities where there are no libs or black people have no real opportunities

Maybe you'll find somewhere in AZ that meets the criteria but they just voted blue down ballot again so who knows

But white people typically don't live near black people so Idk if it's real problem to find a nice place that's segregated.

Find an area with a relatively high median income targeted by retailers who seek out those customers, or you can live in a rural area if you can work out the job/income side without being in or near a major city.

So far I've not seen a Costco or Trader Joe's in a very economically depressed/dangerous area. Same for a high end gym, luxury car retailer, or expensive clothing store.

You're not really going to find what you are looking for.

Job options are concentrated in population centres (cities).

If you want less libs and more whites, you have to move away from cities. There are plenty of good jobs away from cities, but not lots of "options". Having lots of options requires higher population density.

There is literally a Costco, Trader Joes, Cadillac, Acura, and Lexus dealership within 3 miles of one of the worst neighborhoods in Virginia(srs. Newport News, horrible city with unsurprising demographics).

Insane answer srs.

Not sure where the mid west is coming from. St Louis, Columbus, Cleveland, Cinci, east St Louis, Kansas City, Milwaukee, whatever that city in Minnesota is called.

Are all some of the BIGGEST **** holes in this country PLUS terrible weather.

Des Moines? Solid little town and then there is the nothingness of the Dakotas etc.
