Cringe gym trends lately

Wtf is up with cringy gym trends lately.


The “pump cover” is up there for cringiest. Ever since that video of Cbum pulling his hoodie off mogging everyone, 75% of dudes stroll in the gym lift with a hoodie on for 30 mins then pull it off revealing the most average physique ever to be seen.

The “sleeper build” is up there too. It’s just skinny guys who don’t look like they lift until the have a pump and flex.

That pisses me off like crazy as well. I will sometimes finish 3 different excercises on 3 different machines waiting for the assh0le to get off already. Sometimes I want to tell them to go sit in the lounge area couches if you want to play with your phone. These young guys that buy gymshark apparel before they even stepped into a gym. Gymshark has always been the cringiest gym trend imo, but I commend the guy that made a killing off these lemmings that wanna look trendy while training.

Seen this circle jerk of gymshark wearing teens the other day on the bench press. Guy was clearly going to fail a 155 bench but his incompetent spotter let him struggle to the point of complete failure, which led to the plates sliding off the collars.

And then women with their white Nike Air Force one shoes with long socks rolled down to their ankles while sporting gymshark clothing.

Two young insta-sloots in sports bras and those shorts that look like they have a bee-hole stitched on the outside came in tonight and used the hip-thrust station for TWO HOURS. They also loaded it up with an ass-ton of weight and when the gym about closed they left all the plates on the bar and didn't put anything back.

I've noticed this too. That along with every other zoomer wearing 5" inseam shorts one size too small.
