I have some kid's # from HS that I used to hate. How do I make that number unusable?

I have some kid's phone number I used to despise in High School. He bullied the F outta me.

I want to ruin his ability to use his phone. That might slightly get back at him and cause him some inconvience of having to change his number.

Where can I post his number so he gets spam all day everyday 24/7

Download one of them Prank Call apps where you can put in his phone number as the caller ID (to whoever you call) then just start calling abortion clinics or your local congressman
