hard to "quit" since that is eliminating everything at once and sticking to it
more like cutting out the behaviors one at a time. some times you will regress but know the path forward
this is the journey of life and becoming a man

Are you being serious? Or were all those threads about pills and such just trolling?

Not sure how 'some degeneracy' negates manhood in its entirety. Care to elaborate?

You srs? I'm thinking of eliminating caffeine too to be honest. Just embrace my natural self, but that'd mean stopping vaping too, heh. And a few other things.

I have not drank alcohol in 10.5 months, srs. Had issues with it for a long time before that, decided enough was enough, so I quit drinking then.

I dabble in edibles sometimes but nothing too nuts really

Living the life! I'm happily married myself, just considering some optimizations. Some of my co-workers are scandalized seeing me binge on McDonalds for lunch, heh, and no - I don't gaf what they think, it's more that I wonder why I do that instead of more consistently eating at good restaurants.

I thought about this the other day in that chef thread when I considered just how many good restaurants I've been to on this planet, and in NYC there's really no real reason to binge junk food.

So that began the "hrm, I could do better, why do I do this?" thought process.

Glad for you - I know you've been through a very hard time this past while.
