WHY HASN'T WESTERN EUROPE WON MISS UNIVERSE since 1990?

Can't count France.

We see India, Mexico, South Africa, Venezuela winning etc.

It seems they don't value the European look?









None of these have won in the last 32 years.

The South Americans and Eastern Euros though are baddies and there is nothing the western euros can do that will compete with it. Their only shot is to keep putting forward black contestants and hope they win the political game
