USA admited that it can not outproduce Russia in artilerey shells, they sent all they had to Ukraine and they are making in a month what they fire in a day. So who does not have recently manufactured and modern amo? And given that Russia is at war for a 1 year already, who does not have trained operators?

We know we know - NATO is out of weapons, Russia has unlimited weapons....we know.

In reality that only means that Korea and Russia have same artilery callbire.

Russia is outgunning Ukraine in artilery, but there is no such thing as too much shells in a war. And 152mm caliber can be found only in North Korea and Russia. Even without imports, Russia was outgunning ukraine.
I didn't say 'Russia is done', did I?

I am saying that a military powerhouse has had to resort to breaching the arms embargo against the DPRK to source weaponry from there. Which means, that it is in a tough spot, when considering (not too long ago) all of its other options, especially pre-2014.

You folks who are in the Ukraine vs Russia obsession forget one thing: Russia is in the game, the US withdrew from Afghanistan (much to the dismay of China and Russia, who did little if anything to help in Afghanistan, and Russia's Embassy was attacked not too long ago with diplomats killed in the attack). So the US is not 'tied up' in Afghanistan anymore, whereas Russia is, and for what? That's the question folks fail to ask themselves. So Putin can elevate himself to the status of a Czar?

That can't happen with the way things are going. Ukraine didn't have a NATO path before (territorial dispute), and its EU path was already in the chitter too. So this war achieved what, for Russia? Exactly.

War is about saving Russia. And since EU and NATO said they want Ukraine (which is a Russian land), then Russia will take it and anex it instead. Whole Ukraine. So EU and NATO get nothing.

It is very simple.

And why shouldn't Russia import shells from North Korea? Image? Laughable. That is only seen as bad in western media, Russians don't care what your media thinks.

They could win without Korean shells, but like I said, there is no such thing as too much shells.

Same thing about Iranian drones. And the reason why Russia had no such drones is treaty with USA about medium range rockets that Gorbachov signed. Which included any unmaned missiles. That treaty was ended by Trump.

I don't know if you paid attention to any of this a year ago but at the time when Russia was pushing the Ukrainians back despite all the analysts saying they would be destroyed, the cope was that sanctions would end the war by bringing about regime change so Russia would have an EU friendly leader. All Ukraine had to do was hold out a little while and let the sanctions do their thing. Here we are a year later.

You don't seem to understand NATO. A member cannot join NATO while it suffers from a territorial dispute, which Russia caused in Georgia (ceasing its NATO aspiration) and Ukraine (ceasing its) simply through the annexation of Crimea, let alone the situation in East Ukraine.

"It's very simple" - indeed, and Russia achieved that for Ukraine in 2014. If you can't understand this basic fact, it's no wonder that you don't understand how this war isn't about "saving Russia".

I agree that those claims are absurd. But only ignorant folks put forward those reasons as an "intended goal", just as those claiming that this war was about "saving Russia from NATO". Lavrov has himself stated that the EU is a mere 'soft power', so no - this was absolutely not about the EU.

Biden plan was Ukraine to attack Donbas and then Crimea, and if they would take that, they would be put into NATO. And you can see now they are all like "Ukraine to win the war and then it can join NATO".

But nobody in Russia really care about NATO rules, anti-Russian nazi ukraine is considered as NATO Ukraine, and as such need to be destroyed and anexed.

Also, NATO needs to return to 1997 borders, as stated in Ryabkov Ultimatum in December 2021. Because when NATO anexed land east of Oder, it created security problems for Russia, and not only for Russia but for itself also.

Either NATO will move from Russia doorstep, or Russia will move it.

Read about Ryabovs negotiations with USA and NATO before the war. After Ukraine is liquidated, Russia will give diplomacy one more chance, but if USA is unreasonable, NATO will be cut down by force.

This reads like a twisted fantasy. Not even Biden would advocate for Ukraine to mount an offensive against Russia, and this sort of disinformation is typical Russian style: "It's the USA's fault".

"Not even Biden" is not an argument. Putin had right inteligence data about Biden's plans and did right decision for Russia. After Ukraine is liquidated, Ryabkov Ultimatum will be reiterated. Lets see if USA takes it serious that time.

Stating "Biden pushed Ukraine to mount an offensive" is not an argument, it is a statement, one that is being used by Russian shills to claim they did the right thing. As you did, just now.

You completely ignored how NATO functions. I know you, by the way. You're that guy in Serbia who thinks 1000 dollar GPUs are too pricey because you can't afford them. You can't get a girlfriend either. You think you're a great developer, but also can't get a visa to the UK (where you used to want to go, remember?)

In short: you're a tool. You found some purpose in life to try to LARP for mother Russia online, but I highly recommend you take a long look at your life to figure out why you are so bitter and jaded.

Hope this helps.

Usually this is brought up to point out that we have been provoking Russia to action for 20+ years. That doesn't necessarily justify the invasion, but it is important for context.

There was no conflict under the last president that didn't push for nato expansion into Ukraine. Just sayin.

You know nothing about me.

I have been to UK, I had a gf, and I have few 2000$ GPUs for my AI servers. 1000$ desktop CPU is for losers, gaming is waste of time.

Biden several times already said that Ukraine should conquer Crimea and Donbas, so you are plane lying. Ostin also said that.

Those ideas don't show up just like that, means he wants Criema for USA navy, and he wanted that regardless whether Putin did this or that. Strategic planing in USA is not done based on Putin actions, clearly plan was for Ukraine to conquer Crimea and give it to USA, along with rest of Ukraine.

That wont happen. So you are jaded.

You know he's mad as he's trying to make it personal using info you divulged about yourself to try and put you down.

They call this mental illness. He's unable to grasp the fact that Ukraine is losing the war.

This is why America is going down the drain. There's a massive number of people here that aren't well mentally.

Mental illness derives from delusions, much like devopsengineer and his years of crying about relationships, low pay, and - in general - being a low class mental midget trying to speak to issues that are above his pay grade. As are you. Keep projecting though, you added a lot to this thread.

Provoking Russia "to action"? NATO could not expand into Ukraine, post Crimea. Why are folks on this forum who cannot even understand how NATO functions speaking to NATO? Yikes.

No, I enjoy "telling it like it is", and I remember your bittercel posts and cope about "women wanting money" and your not having any. Funny how some posters here like to rewrite history as it pleases them. "Plane lying"? Tell me more, but wipe the spittle from your mouth before you post.

I know you folks are desperate in some Ukraine v Russia battle for Putin's Czar status, but none of your (cheap) lies track reality. Any basic understanding of NATO tells the tale, and all the rest is cope from mental midgets speaking to matters they are not equipped to.

Hope this helps!

You are a little pussy, who could not even get the information I posted on the forum. I never had any money problems in last 10 years. I probably make 10 times more money than you.

If you can't find Ostin's and Biden's statements about how Ukraine should take Crimea and Donbas, that is deliberate. I am not going to spend any more time talking with a little pussy like you. You need to deserve my attention by posting something meaningful and inteligent.

Don't be angry because I pointed out the truth. I know who you are, don't deny it. You yourself posted many times about your sad situation in Serbia, difficulty in getting a visa to the UK because of some 'assault', how no local girls want to date you because you don't have money, and so on.

You found meaning in life now: being a Russia shill. How does that taste? I bet it tastes like piss, as your very existence does.

You're incapable of addressing my point regarding NATO because you're highly ignorant. Take this L, when confronted by someone clearly more knowledgeable than you are.

Before the invasion Ukraine had a NATO trained and equipped military, with NATO advisors. NATO also spent the last 8 years fortifying the region and helping Ukraine to recruit anti Russia paramilitary organizations from around the world. All of this after frauding two minsk agreements.

The Russians made it very clear a very long time ago that NATO expanding eastward is taken as a provocation by them, and not exclusively in Ukraine. We gave our word that this would not happen, and again, we did not hold to that agreement. These are all provocations on the part of NATO that do not required Ukraine to official be a NATO member.

Nobody in Russia cares NATO "rules", NATO is bandit organisation and nobody beleives it has any rules other than smearing chit on Russia's doorstep whenever possible. Ukraine will be liquidated because it was invited to NATO by Stoltenberg.

I receive no money from Russia, but you on the other hand are obvious NATO shill.

Reminder: you're incapable of anything beyond infantile shilling. I cited fundamental rules regarding NATO membership, and you have been crying ever since. Enjoy.

That's a selective take on history. You're telling me that Jurmala (Latvia) NATO exercises were improper, afterRussia illegally annexed Crimea, caused the situation in East Ukraine, and shot down MH17?

Russia did the same with Georgia - two breakaway regions, and Georgia's NATO aspirations were doomed. By your logic, Russia better invade Georgia again just to be certain, because of 'regional exercises' and the like. See? Your entire reasoning is flawed, partly because it is inconsistent, and partly because it doesn't track reality.

NATO can change rules for Ukraine, and I told you that formal membership in NATO does not need to be officially made to provoke Russia, USA had naval basae in Ochakov which Russia destroyed at first day of war. Russia consider such bases as slow ocuption of its historic terotories by NATO

Now you are lying that Russia shot down a plane, while it is known that Ukrainians bragged they shot down Putin's plane. Yes they thoght it is Putin's plane.

Crimea held a referendum. You'll say it was fake, but polling done by the obama admin showed over 90% support for russia in crimea. This of course happened after a washington backed coup installed an anti russia government in ukraine.

Theres even a clip from the daily show where the head of one of our think tanks makes a joke about how we're stealing ukraine through regime change while putin is distracted by the olympics.

Again I understand, ukraine wasnt being made a part of NATO but to say staging a coup is not a provocation is ridiculous

Who do you think you're convincing? The entire international community is certain that MH17 was shot down by Russian controlled forces in a Russian controlled area. Period.

It's like the Russia-cels claiming Assad didn't use chemical weapons on the people of Syria. The OPCW has, in detail, shown that Assad is responsible for this.

All the rest is cope - your squirming on an internet forum changes nothing.

I knew what you'd say, because I've heard it many times before - from Russians. Yet they can't seem to explain the little green men, their uniforms, the weapons they carried...huh?

President Yanukovych fled because of the USA? lol.

Nobody cares about your EU USA community. You can make up all kind of stuff and do a circlejerk. And yes, Aasad didn't use chemical weapons.

Yes, changes nothing, Ochakov NATO base is still destroyed, Ukraine will still be liquidated, your squirming changes nothing, neocon.

You are booring, bye.

Well im not russian and i cannot say for certain but there had just been a violent anti russia coup in ukraine so if I were putin i'd probably want men there to make sure the people voting arent murdered the way they were in kiev

But whats fascinating to me is that you dont seem to think violently overthrowing a government to install one that is anti russia should have provoked russia

It's past your bedtime, and you're ill-equipped for much. Good luck with your visas and economic situation.

You're conflating things. President Yanukovych fled after taking a 1 billion dollar bribe from Putin, slightly before the Vilnius Summit in 2013. Putin offered that to get Yanukovych to back out of the Association Agreement with the EU, which was the clearly stated goal of the Ukrainian people.

There was no government overthrown, he fled. This is basic history. What we are talking about here though, is Russia's invasion of Ukraine. And there's no way to justify it, not with Maidan, not with "NATO", not with "EU", etc. It was a colossal mistake resulting from his fragile ego.

Im reading the wiki on the maidan revolution and 'violent protestors' definitely overthrew the government. Im sure lots of ukrainians were upset about wanting to join the EU, but that doesnt change what happened nor our involvement in it.
