Would you rather live in a 99% white neighborhood or 99% black neighborhood?

The average income in the white neighborhood is 200K and the average income in the black neighborhood is 30K (SRS)

I've lived in sort of the latter (maybe 70% black). Neighbors were all totally fine srs. The bad part is when their cousins from the hood would come over at night / weekend. Literally went from being a pleasant place during the day to a warzone at night. Wood not do again.

My wife is half black and my daughter is a quarter black, making my household 25% black.

My house is set in 40 acres in between farms with the next house the best part of 1/2 a mile away, so I don't live inanykind of "neighbourhood".

What I have works just fine, so I will stick with it.

Wedohave stables, as they came with the house, but we are currently an equine free zone.

If my daughter likes horses when she gets older (she is only 20 months), I will get her a pony, as the stables are just sitting there.
