I’d say it’s the safest and I think stats back that up but I’m too lazy to look. Walked around Montevideo at night and didn’t feel unsafe in the slightest. Cant say the same for elsewhere in South America.

My boss at my old job married a hot woman from Uryguay he was 57 and he married a 29 year old, if I had the money thats where id go to get a wife, a lot of hot chicks who are very nice and still enjoy taking care of their man.
