Seems like everytime people talk about why other countries are "better" is they have "free" healthcare and "free" college. We all know it's not free, but it is to a lot of people because they don't pay taxes. I have healthcare coverage and the max "out of pocket" for me is like $6K which isn't bad, I could pay for that easily but for a lot of people that's more than a year's cash income.
